• Starter Amenities Kit: We provide a starter kit including:
  - Per Bathroom: Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner (40ml each), 1 Bar soap (35g), Toilet paper
  - Kitchen: Paper towel, 1 Dish Sponge, Dishwashing liquid detergent, Dishwasher pods, Trash bags
  - Laundry room: Laundry detergent (3-5 loads)

-Property Damage Protection: To ensure a relaxing stay, the property is insured against guest-caused, accidental damage through the Guesty Protection Policy. The cost is included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate, covering repairs up to $3,000 for content. This fee is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair cost exceeding coverage limits is the guest's responsibility. Additional information is available upon request.

• Extended Stays: Stays longer than 21 nights require an additional $69 property damage protection insurance fee, with an extra $69 charged for every subsequent 21-day period.
