However the outdoor living area would not suit anymore than 4 people. The property backs on to a busy main road and is grouped with 2 properties either side, between the occupants either side and the main road at the rear there is 0 privacy. We had 1 sun lounger between 5 people and the pool was closed for a day due to Algie when the maintenance guy turned up he advised not to use. The communal pools are not local either, one is a 5/10 min walk the other is a 10 minute drive, so advertising it with these facilities is kind of false. The location is more Davenport than Kissimmee, so if your here for the park I would strongly recommend you stay a bit closer as it is at least 50 mins to universal due to traffic and 35 to Disney door to door. I asked to be moved and nothing was available. I was then given a token $500 refund. All in all I would never return to this property for those reasons."
